Darn. Here I think. Most of the southern states are just about over now and are doe only hunts. Problem is, most deer are shedding their antlers right now so bucks are almost out of the question. Does he have to do a deer hunt? If you are interested in some other fun things, alot of ranches offer year round hunting. The problem is, the prices are up there depending on what you are going for. There are really cheap hunts in tx for boar, ram, bobcats, etc. I'm going to TN for a boar hunt soon. That's a blast, but alot of work. Might be better off waiting and booking a hunt for next fall if you are looking for deer. Some great places to go are OH, KS, IL, TX, AL or Canada is supposed to be to die for. Go to ebay and look in sporting goods under hunting trips. They usually book alot of specials right now and the majority of the people on there are very nice. If you need help with anything, let me know. Otherwise, I would be more than happy to take him up with me next season.
